Unit does not accept first-time travelers . License: All Swedish facilities honor active compact licenses. Contract Restrictions: Perm candidates of any OTHER Providence facility (NON-SWEDISH) are eligible if they have been separated for at least 3 months. Call/Weekend: Yes. Typically 6 evenings and one weekend per 6 weeks on standby. Response Time: Must respond within 30 minutes of call-back. Systems: Pyxis (Medication), EPIC/McKesson (Documentation). Scrubs: Provided. Unit Details & Skills Unit: Procedure rooms, 3 Cath Labs, 1 Hybrid OR. Required Skills: Diagnostic/Interventional Cath Lab, Special Procedures, Cardiac Stent Placement, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Left/Right Heart Cath, PCI/PTCA, Rotablader, Temporary Pacemaker, VAD Insertion, Fluoroscopy (Siemens), Monitoring, Sterile Field Scrub, Vascular Closure (Perclose/StarClose). Preferred Skills: OCT, PA Line, TAVI/TAVR, Watchman.
