Position: RN Clinical Data Registrar - OB? Location: Evanston, IL? Full Time/Part Time: Full Time? Hours: Monday-Friday, 0800-1630? Required Travel: Evanston, Highland Park and Swedish HospitalsA Brief Overview:The RN Clinical Data Registrar will play a crucial role in our hospital's data management processes, ensuring theaccurate collection, organization, and reporting of clinical patient data. This position is essential for maintainingthe integrity of our clinical data and supporting decision-making and quality improvement efforts.What you will do:? Collaborate with clinical staff to collect and record clinical patient data from various sources, includingmedical records, clinical assessments, and physician notes, following established protocols.? Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical data in the hospital's electronic health record system, ensuringdata consistency, accuracy, and completeness.? Generate and submit timely and accurate clinical reports for quality improvement initiatives, regulatoryrequirements, and research projects.? Monitor data accuracy and completeness, provide feedback to clinical staff, and facilitate corrections asneeded to ensure data integrity.? Assist in research projects and studies related to clinical outcomes, patient care, and treatmenteffectiveness, contributing to evidence-based healthcare.? Train and educate clinical staff on the importance of accurate data collection and documentation to supportresearch and compliance.? Collaborate closely with clinical staff, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensurecomprehensive and accurate clinical data capture.?
