Job Summary
The AM Catering Manager is responsible for delivering flawless, executive‑level catering and meeting services on Morgan Stanley’s Executive Dining Floor. This highly visible role requires exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and a refined hospitality IQ. The ideal candidate instinctively knows what “good looks like” and executes at that level—consistently and without direction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AM catering operations for executive meetings and events
Deliver polished, white‑glove service with discretion and professionalism
Anticipate executive needs and ensure seamless execution
Train and lead staff to the highest hospitality and presentation standards
Partner closely with executive stakeholders and administrative teams
Qualifications
Experience in executive dining, luxury hospitality, or high‑end catering
Strong service instincts and elevated hospitality standards
Calm, confident leadership style in high‑visibility environments
Professional presence and exceptional attention to detail
Schedule
Monday–Friday, AM focused; flexibility as needed for executive events
