Role Summary
As a Master Level Nissan Technician, you will diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns while serving as a technical resource within the shop. You will work on advanced warranty, drivability, and electrical repairs while maintaining Nissan factory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair complex Nissan systems, including electrical, drivability, and advanced mechanical issues
Perform warranty, recall, and customer-pay repairs to Nissan factory standards
Utilize Nissan diagnostic tools and service information effectively
Provide technical guidance and support to other technicians when needed
Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
Accurately document diagnostics and repair procedures
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications & Experience
Nissan Master Technician certification required
Extensive experience diagnosing and repairing Nissan vehicles
Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
ASE certifications preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Commitment to quality workmanship and efficiency
Valid driver’s license
