Job Summary: *
Humano is currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Associates Cranbury, NJ area for warehouse tasks. This position involves manual unloading containers of product and palletizing them in the warehouse, requiring the ability to lift 20-50lbs regularly
Day shift start time 8:30am to finish
Shift: Full Time Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat 8:30am- work is completed (Occasional overtime during peak season)
Qualifications:
Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
Must live locally to the Cranbury, NJ area.
Responsibilities:
Unload freight manually in teams as part of daily operations
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Work efficiently to maximize earnings
Embrace a flexible schedule and be open to overtime opportunities
Utilize medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off benefits offered by the company
Benefits:
Starting pay of $19.00-$24.00 per hour - Pay is based on weekly productivity metrics set by the client. While you'd never earn less than $19/hour, we expect the average unloader to be earing at a $24 - $25/hour rate.
