Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with banking clients and internal teams to deliver impactful, well-defined solutions that support critical business initiatives.

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the banking or financial services domain and strong client engagement skills. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating client needs into clear, actionable solutions.

The successful candidate will be comfortable facilitating discussions with clients, organizing and prioritizing work, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with banking clients to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Serve as a client-facing partner by facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions

Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, use cases, and process flows

Work closely with technical and delivery teams to support solution design and implementation

Manage tasks and timelines effectively while working autonomously or with appropriate support

Qualifications

Experience working as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry

Knowledge of banking products, processes, and relevant regulatory considerations

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based goals and outcomes

The base range for this contract position is $45.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
