A Typical Day

The Business Systems Analysis Manager will manage a team of Business Systems Analysts in user acceptance testing for releases of projects within the organization, as well as develop test cases. As the Business Systems Analysis Manager , you will translate and document complex business requirements to enable design, development, and implementation of effective and efficient technology solutions.

The Business Systems Analysis Manager will:

Coordinate and plan an information technology project, including facilitating the definition of objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring the project is set up for success

Manage and train business systems analyst in all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closing, to ensure that the technical solution meets business needs

Review and approve business analysis related documentation including: requirements, current and future state processes and workflows, report specifications and others

Review and approve test plans and test cases, perform system testing, plan and execute user acceptance testing testing, and obtain user sign-off

Suggest and implement recommendations on efficiency improvements where applicable

Assist business stakeholders in operational readiness activities, including impact analysis and documentation of process changes

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience

7+ years of relevant work experience

Experience in systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies

Data Management experience, database knowledge, or Financial Services experience preferred

Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word and MS SQL

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary

$75,000 - $130,000
