About the Role
As a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, particularly at the Homewood Mountain Resort. This role involves managing cost control, scheduling, safety, estimates, and contract changes, while ensuring all administrative, financial, and technical aspects are executed accurately. Responsibilities also include bid analysis, progress billing, and regular project reviews to maintain budget and schedule compliance.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, particularly at the Homewood Mountain Resort

Manage cost control, scheduling, safety, estimates, and contract changes

Ensure all administrative, financial, and technical aspects are executed accurately

Conduct bid analysis, progress billing, and regular project reviews to maintain budget and schedule compliance

Qualifications
MUST HAVE

BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience

3+ years of project engineering experience (5+ for senior level role)

Strong Commercial Construction experience

Software Primavera (scheduling; or similar), Viewpoint (project management; or similar), Bluebeam

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with high-end hotels, resorts, and hospitality projects.
