Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and teams
Proficiency with industry-relevant software applications for estimates and scheduling
Understanding of regulatory and safety compliance standards in construction or airport environments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Prior work experience in pavement, aviation, or construction industries is a plus
