Responsibilities
Provide critical care nursing care in the Harborview ICUs (2EH, 7MB, 9MB, 9EH, 2WH) and the Critical Care Float Pool, including care for critically ill cardiac disease, trauma, burn, and other conditions, and for patients with multi-system organ failure and complex medical-surgical diagnoses.
Support interprofessional care, patient management, and family-centered care in a high-acuity setting.
Critical Care Float Pool RNs may float among the ICUs, as well as to the ED, and to PACU, and also potentially to acute care and ICU border areas as needed. (Note: Critical Care Float Pool positions require 3+ years ICU RN work experience.)
Requirements
Requires min. 1-2 years ICU RN work experience.

Compensation & Benefits
$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible new part-time and full-time employees joining UW Medicine
Pay Range Minimum: $91,152.00 annual
Pay Range Maximum: $165,576.00 annual
Other compensation: $10,000 Recruiting Incentive for eligible candidates; $1/hour BSN premium; $1.25/hour nursing specialty certification; $4.50/hour nights; $4/hour weekends; Relocation Incentive when applicable
