Part-Time Community Health & Outreach Fellow

A community health initiative is seeking AmeriCorps members for the CHCANYS Community Wellness Corps in New York City. This part-time role involves providing patient navigation, conducting health education workshops, and supporting underserved communities. Members will receive living allowances, training, and awards upon successful completion of their service, while working a flexible schedule that allows attendance at school or another job.
