Frontend / Full-Stack Developer

Job Description
The Frontend Developer will be responsible for building and enhancing modern, scalable web applications using React and Next.js. This role is heavily focused on creating high-quality, performant user interfaces and delivering exceptional user experiences in close collaboration with product and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
Build reusable, scalable UI components using modern React patterns and best practices
Leverage Next.js capabilities such as server-side rendering and static site generation to improve performance and SEO
Translate product requirements and design mockups into clean, maintainable frontend code
Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and optimized for modern browsers and devices
Collaborate closely with designers and product partners to refine user experience and UI behavior
Participate in code reviews and uphold frontend engineering standards
Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, and cross-browser issues within React/Next.js applications

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience working as a Frontend Developer on modern web applications
Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js
Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and component-based development
Experience building responsive, production-grade user interfaces
Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and workflows (build tools, package managers, CI/CD basics)
Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, including modern best practices
Experience collaborating effectively within a distributed (nearshore/offshore) development team - Experience working in healthcare or a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government)
Familiarity with compliance, security, and data-privacy considerations common to regulated industries
Full-stack development experience (frontend with some backend exposure)
Experience working in Agile development environments
Familiarity with modern tooling and workflows for web application development
