Per diem rate: $180/hour
Medical professional liability insurance
Practice Setting
4 ORs, 2‑3 Endo Rooms
Case mix: GI/Endo – 4,800 cases annually, Surgical – 4,600 cases annually, Ortho, Uro, Plastics – standard outpatient cases
EMR: EPIC
Shift types: 8‑hour shifts
No nights, no call, no weekends
Great work/life balance opportunity
Qualifications
Active Michigan license
NBCRNA Certification
ALS/BLS Certifications
