Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

Coordinate globally with cross-functional partners including Global Markets Operations Tax & Control, Global Markets Change, Technology, Global Tax Policy, and Global Tax Compliance

Drive tax initiatives and tax regulatory implementations in partnership with Tax Change and Technology teams

Support and resolve project-related inquiries and escalations while ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting to support operational and regulatory requirements

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

US tax background with experience supporting tax, control, or regulatory initiatives

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

College degree in business or a related field, or comparable work experience

Must be eligible to work without sponsorship now or in the future

Desired Qualifications:

Experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholder groups

Continuous learner with the ability to understand evolving business and client needs

Experience advancing tools, technology, and processes to improve service delivery

What's in this Business Analyst position for you?

Pay:

$38.48 per hour

Assignment Length:

12-month contract with potential for contract-to-hire

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hybrid Schedule:

Minimum of 3 days onsite per week (mandatory)

Pay Details:

$38.48 per hour
