Our team is looking for an
Executive Assistant
to support 2-3 of our leaders. You will handle the daily management of sophisticated workflows, including logistical planning for meetings, heavy scheduling/ calendaring, coordination of travel, and other essential business matters. We are looking for someone with the ability to communicate effectively and has a passion for working alongside a world class team!
This will be a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office.
What you’ll do
Carry out all administrative duties including, but not limited to, scheduling, calendar management, processing expenses, and owning all components of travel.
Connect with global and regional employees on their leader's behalf to coordinate logistics of high-level meetings both internally and externally.
Work collaboratively and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
Be prepared to handle competing priorities and complex tasks with minimal direction
Handle confidential information that requires discretion in deciding what is appropriate to share with whom for business purposes.
What you’ll bring
Demonstrated experience working with commercial organizations and/or a proven executive assistant background.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Curious – eager to learn with problem definition and solution skills.
Empathetic - an administrative professional who delights in providing outstanding experiences for leaders, partners, and employees.
Communicative – with integrity, empathy, and tact - promoting a positive working environment.
Organized – with an eye towards continuous improvement to build & execute efficient, simple, and scalable processes.
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
Tech-savvy - comfortable with Mac and/or PC and an Office 365 power user with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs and systems.
Pluses
Project Management experience.
Experience working with Concur, Carlson Wagonlit (International & Domestic).
Experience in the entertainment or gaming industry.

The hourly rate for this position is $35.30 to $52.85. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
