Responsibilities
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Support billing, budgeting, and project tracking
Assist with preparation of client proposals, marketing materials, and business development initiatives
Collaborate on firm-wide projects and maintain confidentiality with integrity
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives or attorneys (law firm or professional services preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with project management tools
Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
