Hours: 35-40 hours a week (following a middle school schedule)
Flexibility: Time before and after direct student interaction can be flexible

The primary role of the Educational Sign Language Interpreter is to convey instruction, interactions, and auditory information in the language modality used by the child, ensuring full participation in the educational experience.
Qualifications
Certification:
Must meet the requirements of Rule 51 010.06
Pay Rate:
Depends on EIPA score and years of experience
Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to facilitating effective communication and advocating for the educational needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
