Boost Home Healthcare - Summerlin seeking compassionate and skilled Therapists (PT, ST, OT & MSW) on a
per diem basis
to join our Home Health team for our 2026 opening! The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong background in various therapeutic specialties, including occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy and MSW. Therapists will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to manage individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. The EMR utilized by our company is KanTime.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs in their home environment.
Evaluate and manage individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience
Current valid license in the State of Nevada.
Previous experience in home health care or a related field.
Proficiency in critical care or urgent care is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
