NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Solution Business Analyst to join their team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). REMOTE

Key Responsibilities

Business & Domain Analysis

Engage with healthcare stakeholders across

providers, payers, life sciences, operations, compliance, and IT

to understand business needs and pain points.

Analyze

currentstate and futurestate workflows

across clinical, administrative, operational, and financial domains.

Identify opportunities where

AI and agentic systems

can improve outcomes, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

AI Solution Design & Requirements

Define business, functional, and nonfunctional requirement

s

for AIpowered and agentbased solutions.

Partner with AI/ML, data engineering, and solution architecture teams to design:

Autonomous or semiautonomous AI agents

Multiagent workflows

Humanintheloop systems

Translate requirements into:

User stories and epics

Process and workflow diagrams

Decision logic and rules

Agent orchestration and interaction models

Healthcare AI Use Cases

Support AI solutions across use cases including, but not limited to:

Patient engagement and virtual health assistants

Clinical decision support systems (CDSS)

Care management and population health

Claims automation and prior authorization

Revenue cycle management

Clinical documentation and EHR automation

Ensure solutions align with

clinical safety, quality, usability, and regulatory standards

.

Data, Compliance & Governance

Collaborate with data teams to define

data requirements, sources, and quality metrics

, including EHRs, HL7/FHIR, claims, labs, and IoT data.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including:

HIPAA

GDPR (where applicable)

HL7 / FHIR standards

Clinical governance and audit requirements

Contribute to requirements around

explainability, auditability, bias mitigation, and AI governance

.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution walkthroughs.

Support Agile delivery activities, including:

Sprint planning

Backlog grooming

UAT coordination

Assist with solution documentation, demonstrations, and golive support.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

6+ years

of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst within the

Healthcare domain

.

Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including

providers, payers, life sciences, and EHR platforms

.

Handson experience supporting

AI, ML, NLP, or automationdriven solutions

.

AI & Agentic Knowledge

Solid understanding of:

AI agents and agentic workflows

LLMbased solutions (chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants)

Humanintheloop AI systems

Ability to translate business needs into

AI agent behaviors, prompts, and workflows

.

Familiarity with

AI risks, ethics, and governance

within healthcare.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Experience with:

Requirements modeling (BPMN, UML)

User stories and acceptance criteria

APIbased and datadriven architectures

Working knowledge of:

EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)

HL7 and FHIR standards

Cloudbased AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred)

Soft Skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to explain complex AI concepts to

nontechnical and clinical audiences

.

Strong analytical, problemsolving, and criticalthinking abilities.

Collaborative, flexible, and effective in fastpaced, innovationdriven environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering

AI products or agentbased platforms

in healthcare.

Exposure to

GenAI

, LLM orchestration frameworks, or autonomous agents.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

Relevant certifications, such as:

CBAP or CCBA

Healthcare IT certifications

Agile or Scrum Business Analyst certification

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $70-$80/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
