DevOps Engineer

Job Description
This position is for our large Saas cloud client. We are looking for a Cloud Operations / DevOps Engineer to support and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in AWS. This role sits within the operations team and is critical to ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of the platform for a global customer base. The primary focus is uptime-making sure customers can consistently access SAC and run analytics without disruption.
Act as part of the operations team responsible for day-to-day platform health and performance
Ensure the environment is always ready and accessible, minimizing downtime and service interruptions for global customers
Manage infrastructure using Terraform for infrastructure as code
Automate configuration and operational tasks using Ansible
Utilize CLI-based tools to manage systems, deployments, and troubleshooting
Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Execute and manage OneTouch (automated) deployments through Jenkins
Operate and maintain cloud resources in AWS
Support a customer base of ~200 enterprise customers, ensuring platform reliability at scale

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience in a cloud operations DevOps engineering position
5+ years of experience with Terraform for Iac
Experience with Ansible
Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD and one touch deployments
Experience utilizing Jenkins CLI or CLI tools
5+ years of supporting AWS cloud - Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
