Your role and responsibilities

As a Platform Technical Architect, you will leverage extensive technical knowledge within Automation, Data, or zStack platforms to design viable client solutions. You will provide input to product teams for solutions refinement and focus on customized experiential selling through a "show me, don't tell me" approach. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Client Solutions: Design viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities, providing input to product teams for solutions refinement, and maintaining strong platform and product knowledge. • Deliver Technical Proof Points: Create and deliver technical proof points through technical accelerators, including demonstrations, POTs, POCs, Workshops, Solution Design, and MVPs. • Articulate Value Proposition: Articulate the value proposition and ROI of solutions, understand the competitive landscape, and construct relevant use cases to drive sales. • Maintain Platform Knowledge: Maintain strong platform and product knowledge to design and deliver effective client solutions. • Construct Use Cases: Construct relevant use cases to drive sales and demonstrate the value of solutions to clients.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Extensive Technical Knowledge: Exposure to Automation, Data, or zStack platforms, with the ability to design viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities. • Hands-on Practitioner Experience: Experience working with technical accelerators, including demonstrations, POTs, POCs, Workshops, Solution Design, and MVPs to create and deliver technical proof points. • Platform and Product Knowledge: Exposure to maintaining strong platform and product knowledge, articulating the value proposition and ROI of solutions, and understanding the competitive landscape. • Customized Experiential Selling: Experience with a "show me, don't tell me" approach, focusing on customized experiential selling and constructing relevant use cases to drive sales. • Technical Solution Design: Exposure to designing and delivering effective client solutions, with the ability to provide input to product teams for solutions refinement.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Advanced Platform Knowledge: Exposure to multiple Automation, Data, or zStack platforms, with the ability to design complex client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities. • Technical Accelerator Expertise: Experience working with various technical accelerators, including demonstrations, POTs, POCs, Workshops, Solution Design, and MVPs to create and deliver technical proof points. • Competitive Landscape Understanding: Exposure to analyzing the competitive landscape, articulating the value proposition and ROI of solutions, and constructing relevant use cases to drive sales.
