Job Title : Senior Business Systems Analyst – AI-Orchestrated Workflows & Digital Workforce (Commercial Banking)

Role Summary
This BSA will design and enable AI-orchestrated workflows, integrating automation, AI agents, and human decision points to reduce cycle times and enable workforce upskilling.
Key Responsibilities
Document end-to-end workflows across ops teams
Identify manual, swivel-chair activities for automation
Define functional requirements for AI agents and Human-in-loop orchestration
Partner with Ops leaders on workforce transformation
Support rollout of digital workforce models
Required Qualifications
8–12+ years as a BSA in Operations Transformation
Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and automation
Exposure to AI agents or intelligent automation
Experience working directly with Ops teams and change programs
