How will you make an impact?
Responsible for the routine performance of operations in support of the manufacture of commercial and clinical biologics. These support activities consist of equipment cleaning operations - examples: disassembly of equipment, process secondary containers, operate Steris automated washers, perform COP operations, , manual washing of small equipment, visual inspection of clean equipment, execution of equipment cleaning validation protocols, environmental cleaning, etc. per established standard operations procedures and in compliance with cGMP documentation practices.
What will you do?
Independently prepare for and execute manufacturing batch records, work instructions, and/or SOPs, with focus on safety and "right the first time" executions
Documentation of all activities to meet cGMP requirements. Maintain cGMP compliance in assigned work and follow all safety procedures, to include the use of Person Protective Equipment.
Perform basic routine cleaning of manufacturing related equipment
Follow daily cleaning schedule to ensure equipment is properly maintained for production
Perform and complete area assigned PMs as requested
Participate in cross-functional activities
Properly document activities per GMP procedures
Maintain up to date training records
Participate in shift exchanges, 1-1's, meetings, attend meetings as necessary to facilitate area needs based on changes, etc. (lean activities)

High School Diploma OR GED Required
Experience
No previous experience required
Experience in manufacturing and/or GMP environment preferred
