Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a M365 SharePoint Product Manager to join their team. As a M365 SharePoint Product Manager, you will be part of the Digital Collaboration team supporting enterprise-wide SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Charlotte, NC or Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

What's the Job?

Define and develop the vision and strategic roadmap for SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online within the program.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features and epics.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.

Support and work closely with Product Owners and development teams to deliver maximum value through innovative solutions.

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, user feedback, and industry best practices to enhance SharePoint services.

What's Needed?

Previous experience in Product Management, especially with SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online.

Proficiency in managing large and complex product rollouts in an Agile environment.

Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate vision, strategy, and technical details to diverse audiences.

Technical expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, SDLC, and Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platforms.

Strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
