Aerotek is partnering with a fast‑growing, industry‑leading company to hire experienced Warehouse Team Members for a modern cold storage facility in the Auburndale/Polk City area. Shift & Schedule
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
or
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
2‑2‑3 schedule
(work 2 days on, 2 off, 3 on; alternating weekly)
Training required on 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift
for the first
1–3 weeks
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced warehouse role with a variety of daily responsibilities, including:
Order picking and selecting using tickets
Building and labeling boxes accurately for shipment
Packing, palletizing, wrapping, stacking, and sorting product
Loading and unloading trucks
Operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment
Inspecting product for damage and ensuring quality standards
Staging pallets and organizing shipments by order and location
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Reach truck experience
Previous warehouse experience
Ability to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and solid work history
Preferred (Not Required):
Cold storage experience
Forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack experience
Food & beverage warehouse experience
Work Environment
Cold storage warehouse environment
PPE and training provided to ensure safety and success

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
