Computed Tomography Technologist Travel Job

Salary: $2,031.28 - $2,231.28 /wk Become a vital part of a travel healthcare team as an experienced CT Technologist in Urbana, OH. You will accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, administer contrast materials per protocol, operate CT imaging equipment, and perform general radiographic exams as needed to support high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1 year of CT experience required. 2 years of radiology experience preferred. Current ARRT (R) registration required. ARRT (CT) registration preferred. Current BLS (CPR) certification required. Ohio Department of Health Radiologic Technologist license required. Experience performing intravenous contrast administration and CT imaging protocols. Ability to perform general radiographic examinations and support x-ray coverage as needed. Comfort working in a hospital imaging department with multiple modalities and moderate patient volume. Preferred: ACLS certification and prior experience in a hospital or imaging center environment. Assignment Details: Facility Type: Hospital Shift Name: Nights Work Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Shift Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Float Requirement: May be asked to float to other facilities within the market to support patient care. Team Structure: Department typically staffed with 2 CT techs, 1 x-ray tech, 1 MRI tech, and 2 ultrasound techs per shift.
