A boutique hedge fund is searching for a Controller to oversee their accounting and tax functions. This newly created role will be the first in-house dedicated finance/accounting hire and offers the chance to impact the firm significantly. Candidates should have experience with Fixed Income and Bonds, be comfortable working autonomously in a flat structure, and ready to interact with outsourced functions. The office is located in Midtown, requiring 4 days weekly in-office presence.
