Chetola Resort is seeking dependable and detail-oriented full-time Housekeeping Attendants to join our growing team. We are hiring for full-time positions (30+ hours per week). In this role, you will support the cleanliness and presentation of both the Lodge and our luxury Condominiums. Housekeeping Attendants play a vital role in ensuring that each guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that reflects Chetola's high standards of service and hospitality. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a noticeable impact each day. Weekend availability is required, and holiday availability is preferred.
What You'll Do
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to resort standards
Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and other room amenities
Ensure all assigned spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
Handle guest requests with courtesy and professionalism
Work collaboratively with other Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Maintenance team members
Follow daily task lists and cleaning schedules provided by the Housekeeping Manager
Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding room status and supply needs
Adhere to property policies, procedures, and confidentiality expectations
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals
Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and workspaces in a tidy and secure manner
Uphold standards of cleanliness that reflect Chetola's luxury reputation
Requirements
A reliable and hardworking team player who takes pride in a job well done
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Friendly and respectful with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
Able to work independently and follow directions consistently
Seeking candidates for full-time roles (30+ hours/week)
Weekend availability required; holiday availability preferred
Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred but not required
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push housekeeping carts
