The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining hotel room cleanliness, including but not limited to making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, and vacuuming.
Smile, acknowledge, and greet guests in passing in rooms, hallways, and other public areas
Clean guest rooms, including but not limited to stripping beds of all linens and remaking with fresh linens, cleaning the bathroom and closets, gathering and emptying trash, cleaning mirrors, dusting furniture and fixtures including wall hangings, cleaning hard floor areas, and vacuuming
Replenish guest rooms with amenities, supplies, linens, and terry in accordance with Company standards
Respond to guest requests for additional supplies and amenities
Keep storage areas, caddies, and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy
Setup carts with supplies
Complete daily shift checklists and update assignment sheet of status of room
Other duties as assigned
