Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a high-volume Recruiter to support our client in a five-day-a-week onsite role located in the Gilbert, Arizona area. In this role, you will recruit for positions within the skilled trades and manufacturing industry, driving full-cycle recruitment while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.
Role Overview:
A Recruiter drives all aspects of talent management for a Talent Solutions RPO client. This role is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment processes while providing best-in-class service and partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume skilled trades and manufacturing roles
Partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders
Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process
Utilize Workday ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, and reporting
Maintain strong communication and organization in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
3 plus years of high-volume recruiting experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Experience with high-volume recruiting
Strongly Preferred / Nice to Have:
Recruiting experience within manufacturing or skilled trades
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Experience working in an RPO or an on-site client environment
