This is a full-time, W2, on-site Administrative Assistant role, based in Dallas, TX. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, and being able to work with efficiency. With handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining efficient workflows, this position requires strong MULTITASKING and VERSATILITY. The role also involves providing clerical support, professional communication and correspondence, and managing phone interactions with clients and internal staff. With opportunities for quarterly bonus', annual profit sharing, and efficiency rewards. Company phone and laptop provided, as well as gym membership reimbursements!

Ability to travel approximately once quarterly.
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Tasks, including organization, document management, and multitasking
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to engage professionally with customers and colleagues
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment
Prior experience in financial or wealth management industries is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred
