on-call rotation
We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our property in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties.
Essential Job Functions:
Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities.
Prepare vacant units for new residents.
Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
2-3 years of maintenance experience.
Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.
Must have own hand tools.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.
