The Four Seasons Resort L?na'i is looking for a Banquet House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
What You'll Do
The Banquet House Attendant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support events from planning, setup, and execution to breakdown
Contribute to smooth transitions so events are ready for the next dayor the next hour
From arranging the set up of tables and chairs to providing meeting materials and flipcharts to cleaning and vacuuming, the Banquet House Attendant is a part of every detail And More!
What To Bring
Legal work authorization in United States
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 80 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Weekend and Holiday availability required
Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.
Excellent communication skills with a guest-focused approach
