In this role, you will be the frontline representative in a dynamic call center environment, helping our partners and customers resolve billing, policy, and technical inquiries.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Excellence:
Handle inbound calls and manage follow-up tasks via email or outbound calls to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Support Our Partners:
Interpret and verify policy transactions, explain underwriting guidelines, and provide technical troubleshooting for our software systems.
Solve Problems:
Partner with internal teams to resolve complex billing and policy issues while identifying opportunities to improve our workflows.
Commit to Growth:
Participate in an initial 6-8 week comprehensive virtual training program, followed by ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you advance your career.
What You Bring
Experience:
Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment (call center experience is a plus).
Education:
High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Core Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette, strong listening skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Aptitude:
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
Remote Readiness:
If working remotely, you must have a hardwired internet connection with speeds of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
The Details
Pay:
Starting at $21.51/hour. Conversion salary is $43,500.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm EST.
Flexibility:
This is a hybrid opportunity (Worcester, MA or Howell, MI) with remote work options available for those who meet the technical requirements.
Location:
Hybrid schedule at either 808 N Highlander Way, Howell, MI 48843 or 440 Lincoln Street. Worcester, MA 01653
