A global financial institution is hiring a senior professional to join its capital analytics and regulatory reporting function, focused on enterprise-level risk-weighted asset (RWA) frameworks across credit and market risk.

This is not a pure reporting role — it’s a regulatory analytics + transformation + governance role.
Responsibilities
Execute enterprise-level capital and risk-weighted asset calculations across credit and market risk
Support regulatory capital ratio production and capital adequacy analytics
Partner with transformation teams on calculation automation and platform modernization
Support regulatory framework changes and rule interpretation
Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and validation of calculation systems
Partner with technology teams on implementation and integration efforts
Build governance structures, controls, and validation processes around calculations
Develop exception reporting, monitoring frameworks, and impact assessments
Evaluate regulatory change impact on capital calculations and methodologies
Drive process optimization, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency
Support enterprise alignment between regulatory policy, analytics, and reporting
Qualifications
6+ years in regulatory analytics, capital reporting, or risk-weighted asset environments
Direct experience with RWA frameworks across xywuqvp credit and/or market risk
Background in financial services, banking, or regulatory advisory environments
Exposure to regulatory transformation, automation, or modernization initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk, or related discipline
Advanced Excel and analytical tooling skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience
Experience working across Finance, Risk, IT, and Regulatory teams
Ability to operate in fast-paced, regulated environments
Strong governance, control, and documentation mindset
