Lawn Care Technician Full Time

Occasional overtime opportunity on Saturdays during peak season
Consistent year-round employment
Responsibilities
Apply lawn treatments using ride-on and spray equipment
Service residential and commercial properties
Manage and complete a structured daily route
Communicate professionally with customers
Recommend additional services when appropriate (commission available)
Maintain company vehicle and equipment standards
Meet daily production and quality expectations
Requirements
Age 21 or older (insurance requirement)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather
Reliable transportation to and from work
Strong attendance and punctuality
Professional and respectful attitude
Must pass background check and drug screening
