We are seeking a Banquet Houseman to join our team at our event venue in Atlanta, GA. The Banquet Houseman will be responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet rooms for events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place, and providing excellent customer service to guests.
Responsibilities:
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
Ensure all equipment and supplies are in place for events
Assist with serving food and beverages during events
Break down banquet rooms after events and clean up the space
Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any issues or concerns
Requirements:
Prior experience in banquet setup and service preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
