Banquet Set-Up Attendant

Red Hawk Golf & Resort, located in Sparks, NV, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Banquet Set-Up Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus tips! Key responsibilities include:
Assist with proper set-up and tear down for all meetings, banquets, special events and food and beverage functions
Ensure events are set up on time and to the correct specifications
Ensure that proper audiovisual equipment is available, delivered, and set up as needed for use by facility departments and guests
Implement and maintain excellent service standards to achieve guest satisfaction
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
Qualifications, knowledge, and skill requirements include:
6 months of banquet experience required
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Regular and reliable attendance required
Valid Driver's License required
Physical demands include:
Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances, talks, and hears
Regularly sits
Occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls, tastes or smells
Frequently lifts 10 pounds; regularly lifts 25 pounds; and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds
