What You'll Do
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in shaping their stay:
Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth while managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Handle reservations, including walk-ins, relocations, and advance bookings with accuracy
Collect and process payment information while maintaining strict credit card security standards
Provide clear information about hotel policies, amenities, and local area recommendations
Respond quickly and effectively to guest requests, concerns, and maintenance needs
Maintain organized and accurate reservation records
Support overall hotel operations by assisting housekeeping or laundry when needed
Keep the front desk and work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
Track and report minor maintenance issues and lost-and-found items
Communicate proactively with management to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who are reliable, adaptable, and passionate about service:
1+ year of customer service experience preferred (hospitality is a plus!)
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable using computers and managing multiple tasks at once
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsyou connect easily with people
Highly organized with solid time management abilities
Professional appearance and commitment to high personal standards
Ability to stay active throughout shifts, including walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs
