We are looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our growing team.
Position Overview
This is an entry-level to early-career front desk role focused on:
greeting patients
answering phones
scheduling appointments
collecting payments

What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Associate, you will:
Greet patients with energy, warmth, and professionalism
Answer incoming phone calls and help patients schedule appointments
Check patients in and out for their visits
Collect co-pays and payments accurately
Help keep the front desk area organized and welcoming
Communicate clearly with therapists and team members to support patient flow
What We're Looking For
You would be a great fit if you:
enjoy working with people and creating a positive first impression
are comfortable talking on the phone and in person
are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
can learn basic scheduling and payment systems
Previous front desk, customer service, or office experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
Schedule & Pay
Part-time or full-time opportunities available
Hourly pay: $14 $17 per hour, based on experience
Benefits available for full-time positions including health insurance, 401k, and PTO.
