Assist in the general office duties and practices of the PRIM department. This position will work under the office procedures of the established function of purchasing, receiving, inventory and mailing.
Prerequisites: High School Diploma or GED Basic typing skills and proficient use of a calculator Experience: One year of experience
Major Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain inventory of PRIM warehouse supplies and other items. Coordinate the distribution of warehouse stock supplies and other items to all campuses. Assist PRIM with mail room duties as assigned. Assist PRIM with receiving and delivering of warehouse supplies, furniture and equipment and other items as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting Motion: Repetitive hand motions including frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds) Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress
