Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (40 hours per week) Compensation: $16.49/hour

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Worker
Perform basic grounds-keeping duties such as mowing, trimming, raking, watering, planting, and weed control.
Assist with caring for parking lots, walkways, and landscaped areas.
Handle seasonal needs including snow/ice removal and debris cleanup.
Maintain and operate grounds equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, sprinklers, etc.).
Support minor sprinkler repairs and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned to support WBH facilities.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to operate common grounds-keeping tools and equipment.
Comfortable performing physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.
Must follow basic safety procedures and maintain safe work habits.
