Commercial Cleaning Technician

Position Details
Shift Start: Saturday - any time/flexible.
Workload: Approximately 1.5 - 3 hours per office and about 4 offices total. One of the offices can be cleaned on Sunday instead of Saturday, if you choose to.
Route: About 4 offices
Area to be Serviced: Midtown-Virginia Highlands Area
Travel Time: Paid while driving between locations
Schedule: Saturday (about 8 - 9 hours including drive time)
Transportation: Reliable vehicle required
Equipment: Must be willing to travel with a small 4 - 6qt backpack vacuum and cleaning caddie in your vehicle
We Offer
Competitive Pay: $15/hour to start but can be increased to $16 or $17 within the first month based on performance and reliability
Flexible Hours: We'll work with your schedule
Commercial Cleaning Technician Duties
Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop hard surface floors and carpets
Dust work surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, walls)
Restock restroom supplies (paper products, soap)
Clean entrance and interior glass surfaces
Empty trash containers and replace liners
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
Follow company procedures (safety, timekeeping, uniform, and lock-up protocols)
Qualifications
No experience requiredjust a great attitude!
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation for travel between offices
