Industrial Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift
We are a fast-paced countertop fabrication shop seeking a skilled
2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician
to ensure our equipment operates safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime in an industrial environment, wed like to connect with you.
Schedule
2nd Shift: MondayFriday, 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
Overtime may be available or required based on production needs
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment used in countertop fabrication
Perform preventative maintenance on saws, CNC machines, polishers, routers, compressors, and dust collection systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Minimize downtime through efficient troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and parts usage
Collaborate with production leadership to prioritize equipment needs
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or fabrication preferred)
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Basic electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, wiring)
Proficiency with hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
Preferred:
Experience with CNC machinery or countertop/stone fabrication equipment
Welding (MIG/TIG) and basic fabrication skills
PLC troubleshooting experience
Familiarity with dust collection systems and air compressors
Forklift or lift certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working around loud equipment, dust systems, and moving machinery
Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $22$26 per hour (based on experience)
Potential earnings of $80,000+ depending on experience and overtime
