Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean, dust, vacuum and mop room and bathroom according to IHG standards and procedure.
Clean rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
Stock assigned housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies and room amenities.
Replenish guest amenities in rooms as needed.
Maintain clean and organized housekeeping storage.
Communicate any maintenance concerns to maintenance department.
Transport waste and trash to proper disposal area.
Turn in Lost and Found items to the front desk.
Maintain guest confidentiality.
Greet guests and respond to guest requests or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Frequent standing, bending, walking, and moving around the hotel.
Ability to lift, push, or pull, up to 50 pounds.
Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods.
Availability to include weekends.
Prioritization and time management skills.
