Outpatient Radiology Administrator
Location: Marietta, GA (primary) with oversight of additional sites in Columbus, GA
Travel: Required across multiple outpatient imaging centers
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Outpatient Radiology Administrator to lead operations at our new Marietta imaging center opening this summer, with additional responsibility for two established sites in Columbus, Georgiaand future expansion locations.
This leader will operate with an ownership mindset, overseeing all aspects of outpatient imaging center performance including operations, financial management, patient experience, quality, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational leadership across multiple outpatient imaging centers
Oversee day-to-day site performance including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization
Manage full financial performance (P&L), including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
Lead, mentor, and develop staff; oversee hiring and workforce planning
Ensure an exceptional patient experience and high-quality clinical outcomes
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensure and accreditation (e.g., ACR)
Partner with clinical and executive leadership to drive growth and expansion
Travel regularly between sites to support teams and ensure consistency in operations

Requirements
Education & Experience:
10 or more years of senior leadership and management experience in imaging or outpatient sector of healthcare, preferably outpatient imaging, is required.
Clinical Management experience (ARRT certification) and/or a degree in business or related field is required.
A Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) designation is highly preferred
