About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a growing financial services practice. This is a part-time, contract role (10–15 hours per week) ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a business, staying on top of details, and helping create a smooth, professional experience for clients.

What You’ll Do:
Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle client communication, including emails and follow-ups
Prepare and organize applications, documents, and client files
Support the insurance and financial planning process from start to finish
Maintain accurate records and ensure everything stays organized and on track
Assist with light marketing tasks (social media, event coordination, etc.)
Provide general administrative support as needed

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Someone who enjoys creating order and supporting others
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and calendar management
Background in financial services, insurance, or another professional services environment
