Skill: Forms Technical Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Legacy forms extraction (mainframe → structured JSON).
Data transformation & mapping (schema design, validation).
Java-based integration services (APIs, business logic).
Template-driven data population for forms engines (e.g., Quadient).
Understanding of document/form lifecycle (generation, rendering).
Batch + real-time processing patterns.
Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead forms modernization from legacy to Quadient platform.
Own extraction → transformation → integration pipeline.
Design Java services to populate and orchestrate form data.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and template alignment.
Coordinate with downstream forms team (JSON contract alignment). xywuqvp
Handle performance, scalability, and error handling in pipelines.
Guide team, review mappings/code, and drive delivery
