Central Office Receptionist/Substitute Coordinator

Provide clerical assistance to central office personnel and support to central administration guests. Coordinates district substitutes.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
General knowledge of computers and office equipment
To (3) months of office experience or training
Greets all visitors courteously, including checking appointments and directing visitors to the appropriate location.
Answers telephones and responds appropriately to requests for information. Communicates messages to staff as needed.
Operates fax machine, copier, intercom system, and all other office equipment.
Assists central office personnel as needed.
Complies with all federal, state and local laws and board policies and procedures.
Assigns substitutes on a daily basis.
Maintains current list of available subs.
Maintains records of substitutes used and their assignments.
To ensure continuity of services, remote work may be necessary in the event of a health crisis or disruptive situation that requires the closing of school and/or office buildings.
Performs all other tasks as supervisor may assign.
