Guest Room Attendant
The Guest Room Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. The Guestroom Attendant services guest rooms, follows through on special room requests and is responsible for the guests' overall comfort level.
What You Will Do:
Manage time to complete daily room assignments
Ensure final touches are completed and it is a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
Respond promptly to rooms in que
Report any maintenance required for rooms
Communicate room status promptly
Follow policies and procedures
What You Bring:
A high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience in a hotel is preferred
Must be able to speak and read English and communicate with guests to accommodate needs and requests
